ESTIMATED PROGRAM FEES

Program Fees:  The program fees include all CAEP Partner fees and CAEP fees and may vary from country to country.  Program fees include: Placement, pre-departure preparations, program monitoring, orientation/seminars, and other assistance over the duration of the program.

Government Visa Fees:  Government visa fees are the collected fees charged by each embassy and country in order to process your application. These fees may vary by country of destination.

Health Insurance: All CAEP participants are required to carry health insurance beginning on the day they arrive in their country of destination, and running through to the day they depart their country of destination back to their home country.  CAEP provides health insurance at a monthly cost and some CAEP Partners also offer health insurance.

Travel: Travel to your placement site is the participant's responsibility. Travel costs vary by country and location in the USA.
