We are truly a family operation where each family member is involved in some aspect of the ranch/farm. In the spring we plant corn to use for feed silage. We chop the silage in September and pack it in a pit. We have to put up hay for the cows during June, July & August. We swath the hay and make big round bales. We are basically a beef/cow, feedlot operation. We use horses and 4 wheelers to handle the cattle.
