Welcome to Communicating for America (CA)
America’s leading consumer advocate for affordable health insurance.

Established almost 35 years ago, CA has a long history of helping consumers keep their health care costs affordable. We negotiate with insurance carriers for preferred rates, and help our members become better informed consumers regarding hospital, doctor and prescription drug costs.

As times have changed, we have enhanced our benefits to offer a comprehensive set of services that give members access to cutting their health care costs, and enriching their lives by being healthier consumers. Started originally as an advocate for self-employed rural members, today CA has members in all 50 states and communities of all sizes.

No organization in America has done as much as CA to help consumers in the ongoing fight to make health care affordable. We offer the best tools, the best ideas, and the best member support and benefits.
